The LINE program offers nurse educators and clinicians with the skills and tools to design new and to improve existing leadership development experiences for nursing students.

Mission: To enhance the leadership skills of both nurse educators and nursing students.

    LINE seeks to advance educational change, promote closer relationships between nurse educators and nurse clinicians, and promote implementation of curricular change at participants’ home institution. For more information click here.

46 teams, each composed of one nursing educator and one clinician, participated in our 5-day leadership institute. The LINE Fellows have written case studies after participating in the leadership institute.
