Assessment Services

Through our leadership programs, we offer assessment services and tools to facilitate ongoing individual and organizational growth and development. These tools facilitate understanding of individual differences and uncover new ways for participants to work and interact with others, to learn how different conflict-handling styles affect personal and group dynamics, and to obtain 360-degree feedback on job-related strengths and weaknesses from coworkers. Through these services, the Center helps leaders increase their self-awareness and self-knowledge to enable them to become more effective change agents.
