Health care leaders rely on the Center’s unbiased data, rigorous analysis, and extensive team of experts to help them better understand and address issues that impact the health care system and workforce both in California and nationwide. Our research teams bring expertise across a range of specialties - including biomedical research, community leadership, medical education, and government policy. In collaboration with partners, funders, and clients, we deliver research that is actionable. The Center’s industry and workforce trend analysis has been critical to public policy development in California. We have been charged by private health care companies to evaluate and validate change programs. We have been a leader in examining cultural competency and the importance of diversity in the workforce.
