How to Apply

Applying for Clinic Leadership Institute involves two phases:

Phase 1: Candidates complete and submit the CLI Application, along with requested supporting documents. In addition, candidates have their CEO/Organizational Sponsor complete and submit the Sponsor Form. Candidates also have an additional reference complete and submit the Reference Form. All materials are due on or before October 31, 2009. Based on an evaluation of these materials, up to 50 semifinalists are identified.

Phase 2: The selected semi-finalists undergo in-person interviews with members of CLI's Working Group December 3 & 4, 2009. CLI pays for transportation to and from the interview location. Final selections are made by the Working Group and approved by Blue Shield of California Foundation by the end of December.
