Professor at the University of North Dakota College of Nursing, Grand Forks, North Dakota and Chronic Disease Coordinator at Migrant Health Service, Inc. in Moorhead. She has developed a program of research and scholarly activities that focuses on the health care needs of Hispanic migrant and seasonal population diagnosed with chronic disease. She is a 2002 RWJ Executive Nurse Fellow Alumni.
