I work for T.H.E. (To Help Everyone) Clinic, Inc. and my job title is Director of Programs. I have worked for T.H.E. Clinic, Inc. for the past seventeen years holding positions that include Asian Health Project Director, Community Education and Outreach Director, and recently been promoted to Director of Programs and a member of the T.H.E. Clinic's Executive Leadership. Included in my scope of responsibilities are various health education program namely, Teen Clinic, Preventive Health Services, Perinatal Quality Collaborative, Case Management, and others. In addition to being responsible for these health programs, I am co-chair to the Quality Improvement Committee of the Clinic.
In brief, my job is described as follows: The Director of Programs is responsible for the ongoing operation and management of programs and support services; ensuring that the support services and programs meet and comply with regulatory agencies, program regulations and quality requirements.
