Tuazon’s Fellowship project will focus on evaluating community outreach programs.  His interests in conducting cost-effective analysis on community outreach programs are in line with the mission of East Orange General Hospital. This is also in alignment with EOGH’s current two-year grant with RWJF’s New Jersey Health Initiative’s Expecting Success: Excellence in Cardiac Care, which the hospital received in 2007.  Tuazon is the Project Director for this grant.

Tuazon’s selection as a RWJF Executive Nurse Fellow complements his achievements as a Fellow of the American College of Health Care Executives (FACHE) and as a Fellow of the National Academies of Practice (FNAP).  Tuazon is a graduate of the Angeles University (MAEd), Seton Hall University (MSN), and Monmouth University (MBA).  He is a board certified nurse administrator (NEA-BC)
