INLP’s own Clinical Director, Julie Kliger, recently presented the outstanding achievements of the INLP’s Medication Administration Cohort in sunny Florida. Her talk, Leveraging Front-Line Clinicians to Lead and Sustain Improved Patient Outcomes, was accepted by the International Conference on Communication in Healthcare 2009. Kliger hopes to spread the word about INLP’s successful change framework program, while teaching front-line nurses and clinicians in other parts of the country key change management and quality improvement skills, effective communication strategies, and how to create their own program to improve any clinical outcome.
