Policy, Politics, and Nursing Practice has published Joanne Spetz's paper, "Nurse Satisfaction and the Implementation of Minimum Nurse Staffing Regulations," online. Nurse satisfaction in California improved between 2004 and 2006, particularly with factors that would have been affected by the ratios.
