Participants go through an 18-month, part-time program to build their skills in areas such as decision-making, financial management, and strategic planning. This unique and challenging program provides participants with career planning, seminars, professional coaching, and peer networking experiences. Watch a video series of an alumnus of Clinic Leadership Institute Emerging Leaders discuss her experience as a participant in the program.
